What I found amazing is how popular on-line brain exercise games are amongst middle aged women! But there are all kinds of games to exercise all five parts of everyone’s brain. I played games that stimulated language, concentration and spacial/visual concepts. Just to add to the information about brain developing games or exercises I wanted to mention a software program which I have been using for the last couple of months; its name is “Brain Fitness Pro, which was recommended to me by a friend who suggested I try it and check out the results. As explained in the blog over here the software helps in stimulating the mind and in turn helps in increasing the brain’s reserves. It’s quite amazing
