VANCOUVER, BC: riiPlay.tv announced today the launch of a turn-key Web Service for event organizers that makes business event web-casting and monetization a snap. Events can easily deliver video replays on a branded landing page, have riiplay ticket fees collected and create a long tail for their content. The riiPlay.tv platform is in Alpha - invitation only - but will launch with the first high quality events in early March.

Events can drive revenues and reduce hassles with 3 innovative riiPlay.tv services :

1. Web Services - replace or add to in-house publishing, streaming and eCommerce.
2. Content Services - deliver high quality capture, creative and promotional value.
3. Distribution Services - engage new on-site riiPlay ticket crews and more "eyeballs." Public riiPlays can now be shared on targeted social media, video and publishing sites via the riiPlay.tv network or via private member channels or embed code on their own site/blog.

The riiPlay.tv team also unveiled a new logo and website look and feel . The fresh look previews a great user experience to come, including on iPhones, ensuring our promise of Knowledge, Anytime, Anywhere!

Robin shared some success snacks with our viewers and ended up joining Boston Pizza International CEO Mike Cordoba in launching a new Investment company targetting mid-market firms with high growth potential.  No doubt, we’ll hear much more from Robin in the coming year.

Danny launched his latest venture Strutta as a destination video competition’s site, transformed it to an API licensing model all while launching an exciting new Vancouver-based incubator Boot-Up Labs geared to build real companies first and attract VC later.
