Great presentation by Dr. Geordie Rose of D-Wave Systems at the VEF Momentum Launch last week. Well worth a look. Nuggets include: Focus on Cascadia, Think big - like Quantum computers in Geordie’s case - and other must have knowledge for you to succeed in the hard art of fundraising your venture.

One of the exciting, emerging entrepreneurial organizations in Vancouver is VEF Momentum.  We’ve been pleased to follow the emergence of this program and an impressive group making it happen like Kerry Liu, Jonathon Bixby and Na-im Merchant. VEF Momentum was initiated by the VEF “to connect, mentor and inspire young and aspiring entrepreneurs.” A call we are proud to take up and support.
